Security and availability solutions were put in place including firewall, SSL, high availability load balancing and vulnerability testing programs. Google Custom Search configuration was put in place and optimized. Monitoring and service availability alerts were put in place to monitor application layer health. 24/7 support was operationalized through change management activities such as training and solution run book development.
After the Motorola Home acquisition, ARRIS (NASDAQ: ARRS) needed a review of web properties. One of the properties analyzed was surfboard.com.
